Job Summary

Build and scale UiPath Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) platform systems that enforce cloud access policies, cost governance, observability, and operational reliability. Own reliability gaps end-to-end—designing, engineering, shipping, and driving adoption with integrated work across teams. Lead livesite monitoring escalations and postmortems, improve availability/scalability/performance using learnings, and embed best practices into the platforms SRE and engineers depend on.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, engineer, and build SRE platform systems and AI-powered capabilities that other engineering teams depend on.
•Participate in livesite monitoring rotations, handle escalations, and drive mitigations through detailed postmortems to reduce customer impact.
•Drive availability, scalability, and performance improvements using livesite learnings and embed best practices into the systems you build.
•Ensure reliability, scalability, quality, and performance deliverables meet or exceed expectations, including driving architectural changes.
•Onboard other teams onto your platforms by writing integrations, pairing with engineers, removing friction, and driving task planning/estimation/scheduling/staffing.

Key Requirements

•6+ years architecting and engineering large-scale distributed commercial applications and services with demonstrated customer success.
•Experience building large-scale internal platforms adopted by multiple teams in their critical path.
•Proven ability to drive adoption by doing integrations and removing friction, measuring outcomes delivered rather than just features shipped.
•Experience building and maintaining complex AI-powered applications in production.
•Proficiency in one or more object-oriented languages (e.g., C#, C++, Go, or Python) with strong computer science fundamentals, plus familiarity with service-oriented/microservice architectures and web services development.
