Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine cleaning duties to maintain a clean facility, including floors (buff, steam clean, vacuum, sweep, mop, wax), waste removal, and restroom service.
  • •Clean and service restrooms, and clean windows, walls, and stairways as instructed by the supervisor.
  • •Operate forklifts, industrial janitorial cleaning equipment, and ladders.
  • •Remove and separate pieces, parts, chips, and turnings of various metals and alloys, and keep the work area clean and orderly.
  • •Clean and maintain clean rooms to government and/or required specifications.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED.
  • •Minimum three (3) months commercial experience performing custodial work such as stripping, waxing, and polishing floors.
  • •Cleaning and care of carpeted areas.
  • •Ability to operate janitorial cleaning equipment, including forklifts, and ladders.
  • •Valid driver’s license to drive around the site.
