Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, manage, coach, and grow a senior engineering team, raising technical quality and reducing single-owner concentration.
  • •Drive cross-team execution by securing commitments, sequencing plans, defining contracts/seams, and unblocking reviews.
  • •Provide technical direction across ingestion, federation, service model, and reporting/deployment data layers with multi-tenant isolation and cost-per-tenant constraints.
  • •Set the quality and correctness bar for customer-facing reporting and measurement of release-gate evidence.
  • •Own roadmap tradeoffs and delivery milestones while ensuring production reliability and managing support burden as an engineering design problem.
