Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver cost management services, taking responsibility for end-to-end delivery or contributing to larger project teams.
  • •Support achievement of client objectives through effective cost management from pre-contract stages to completion and handover.
  • •Guide clients through project stages from feasibility through completion.
  • •Produce and present monthly post-contract cost reports.
  • •Manage procurement activities and negotiate and agree final accounts effectively.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of and experience within the healthcare and/or education sectors.
  • •Degree qualified in construction, cost management or Quantity surveying.
  • •MRICS qualification preferred and/or relevant experience.
  • •Experience administering JCT and NEC contracts and working on projects delivered through two-stage tendering.
  • •Experience using CostX or similar measurement software.
