Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the AI transformation roadmap aligned with the global Digitalization & AI Office.
  • •Identify, structure, and prioritize AI use cases based on business impact and feasibility.
  • •Own end-to-end implementation of AI initiatives from idea and business case to deployment and value realization.
  • •Contribute hands-on to automation, data pipelines, and AI applications; ensure operational applicability.
  • •Define and track KPIs, manage internal stakeholders and external partners, and prepare decision memos for executive management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in transformation, program/project management, or a comparable role with delivery responsibility.
  • •Hands-on experience building and deploying AI solutions (not purely conceptual work).
  • •Experience with AI/LLM-based solutions and tools (e.g., Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Claude or comparable).
  • •Ability to translate business problems into scalable AI or data-driven solutions with strong stakeholder management skills.
