Job Summary

Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by learning and teaching new semiconductor equipment during lifecycle phases while embedded in the Santa Clara product development team. Gain hands-on experience across mechanical, electrical, software, vacuum, and process subsystems, help create and update training materials, and deliver structured classroom and OJT training. Coordinate with engineers and subject-matter experts to keep content accurate and ensure lab equipment readiness and safety.

Key Responsibilities

•Learn and support new semiconductor equipment and tools during NPI and product lifecycle phases while embedded in the Santa Clara business unit.
•Gain hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, software, vacuum, and process subsystems of new chambers, mainframes, and tools.
•Assist in developing, updating, and organizing training materials such as presentations, student guides, lab exercises, and documentation.
•Deliver and support classroom and hands-on technical training, including structured factory on-the-job training (OJT).
•Maintain training system readiness by helping ensure safe, functional lab equipment aligned to course objectives and safety standards.

Salary: USD 69,000 - 95,000

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Materials, Mechatronics), Engineering Technology, Physics, or a closely related technical field.
•0–3 years of experience, including internships, co-ops, lab work, or early-career roles in technical systems, equipment, or manufacturing environments.
•Interest in technical training, knowledge sharing, and instructional development.
•Ability to learn complex equipment and systems and explain technical concepts clearly.
•Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and willingness to travel up to 40%.
