Drive high-priority company initiatives in close partnership with core teams across engineering, product, hiring, operations, and business development. Partner with leadership to solve business and product challenges, lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution, and improve how the company operates. Research new markets, products, and business opportunities, and build new teams, processes, and capabilities as BJAK scales.
