Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive accurate and timely cost intelligence across all program dimensions, including budget performance, forecasts, variance analysis, risk assessment, and cash flow projections.
  • •Partner with Program Controls to proactively identify and mitigate cost and schedule risks, developing contingency strategies that protect program value and delivery timelines on mission-critical initiatives.
  • •Maintain rigorous oversight of program expenditures against established budgets and contractual obligations, ensuring alignment across complex, multi-faceted projects while identifying optimization opportunities.
  • •Leverage Earned Value Management methodologies to deliver comprehensive analysis and executive reporting that clearly articulates key cost drivers, performance trends, and strategic implications.
  • •Validate the integrity of all cost data, including labor allocations, expense documentation, and non-contract expenditures, coordinating necessary adjustments with Finance to maintain complete financial accuracy.
