Key Responsibilities

  • •Spend 50–70% of time driving revenue-generating deals and support internal projects, learning, and cross-department initiatives as needed.
  • •Assist sales discovery to identify quantifiable problems and demonstrate how products/platform achieve business outcomes and realized value.
  • •Lead scoping and execution of validation events and deliver technical responses for RFI/RFP/RFQ/Infosec inquiries.
  • •Update systems of record (e.g., Salesforce, SharePoint) with presales notes/collateral and contribute best practices and content to presales teams.
  • •Support professional services and success-management offerings, and help with cross-department projects like lead generation, event marketing, partner enablement, and sales enablement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Familiarity with or hands-on experience using the Smarsh suite of products, or 1–2 years of solution engineering experience.
  • •Ability to demonstrate products and sell value aligned to customer business objectives and pain points.
  • •Domain knowledge of the Compliance or IT space and the ability to present compliance workflows (capture/archive/surveillance).
  • •Strong presentation skills to both executives and practitioners.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and experience with SaaS is a plus.
