Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end relationship with Amazon Europe and other leading e-commerce platforms, coordinating with partnership, brand, category, advertising, and marketing teams.
•Manage and curate Netflix brands’ experiences on e-commerce platforms to improve discoverability, traffic, and shopper engagement.
•Develop and execute an all-year-round retail activation strategy, including key retail moments, social calendars, and always-on campaigns.
•Take full responsibility for marketing budget management for partnership support across Amazon Europe, Zalando, and other platforms.
•Optimize product selection and drive growth by identifying white-space opportunities and championing e-commerce best practices across the region and globally.

Key Requirements

•Significant e-commerce retail experience (typically 10+ years), ideally with Amazon Retail and deep understanding of brand stores and campaign levers.
•Track record leading execution of key campaigns on e-commerce platforms and understanding tools required for best-in-class campaigns.
•Focus on performance analysis to track growth and optimize retail strategies.
•Adaptable, goal-oriented approach with agile, entrepreneurial execution in a high-speed environment.
•Fluent in English (mandatory) and a bachelor’s or advanced degree preferred (or equivalent relevant experience).
