Key Responsibilities

•Operate heavy equipment on road, site, or highway construction.
•Use knowledge of grades, drainage, job specifications, oil consistencies, and compaction to support grading work.
•Follow all company policies and OSHA regulations to ensure safe work procedures and environment.
•Maintain a courteous, professional attitude and cooperate with coworkers, customers, and the public.
•Perform routine equipment upkeep such as oil/grease/service and make normal operating adjustments; operate or learn to operate other required equipment.

Key Requirements

•Solid understanding of construction industry aspects including preparatory work, grades, drainage, job specifications, oil consistencies, compaction, and grading details.
•Properly follow company policies and OSHA regulations for safe working procedures and environment.
•High school degree or equivalent is preferred but not required.
•Must have proven experience and be able to pass a field test.
•Physical ability to operate equipment under temperature extremes and for extended hours, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
