Relationship Banker / Senior Relationship Banker - Norwood Plaza

Provide in-person and phone client service while building and expanding relationships through consultative conversations and referrals. Recommend deposit, credit, convenience, and other products, meet individual and branch sales targets, and handle advanced client maintenance requests and problem resolution. Cross-trained teller support as needed, including teller transactions, greeting clients, and navigating branch services. Also advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications while adhering to internal controls, risk management, and compliance policies.
