Job Summary

Support the Global Risk & Compliance Operational Risk Management (ORM) team by translating business requirements into risk and compliance technology capabilities. You will collaborate with business and Technology partners to define user stories, drive the UAT lifecycle, assess solution designs, and help implement tools for risk identification, monitoring, reporting, and controls. The role also involves managing a portfolio of risk technology initiatives and contributing to advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning use cases.

•Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather, refine, and document user stories with functional and non-functional requirements.
•Drive the UAT lifecycle by preparing test cases, coordinating with end-users, and verifying enhancements meet business and regulatory needs.
•Assess and document risk management solution designs, providing input on architecture, data flow, and control integration.
•Assist in developing and implementing risk and compliance technology capabilities supporting risk identification, monitoring, reporting, and controls.
•Manage and monitor a portfolio of technology initiatives, improving risk data management, workflow automation, and regulatory compliance tools.

•Work with Agile/Kanban, including creating and prioritizing user stories and tasks across multiple projects.
•Hands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT): write test cases, execute scenarios, and support product reviews and certifications.
•Knowledge of global risk management frameworks and financial regulations (including Basel, SOX, and CCAR), with familiarity with AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics.
