Job Summary

Lead HR program delivery by bridging business operations, process design, and technology capabilities across HR Operations and Talent processes. Gather and translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows; maintain traceability to testing and outcomes. Develop current/future state process maps, analyze operational performance, validate feasibility and risks, and partner with HR, product, technology, risk, compliance, and testing teams to drive scalable, compliant improvements.
