Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Meet personal and store sales goals by building client relationships, driving cross-sell and upsell, and using omni-channel tools like mobile POS, clienteling, and social selling. Support daily store operations including transactions, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and maintaining service and asset-protection standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador while adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice; source and follow up with new customers to close sales.
•Drive sales by cross-selling, upselling, and delivering tailored recommendations while meeting individual and team KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations including transactions, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and maintaining stockroom and sales floor standards.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling, and data acquisition (preferred).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
