  • •Lead and coach a team of Quality Engineers and Inspectors to ensure compliance with AS9100/9120 standards for aerospace processes, components, and materials.
  • •Ensure consistent site compliance by fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

  • •Build and maintain relationships with internal/external stakeholders, including customers, peers, and direct reports, to support business objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •In-depth knowledge of AS9100/9120 standards and FAA, CAA, and EASA requirements for aerospace processes, components, and materials.
  • •At least 6+ years of professional experience in a related role, with aerospace experience highly preferred.
  • •Experience with ERP systems, with SAP being highly preferred.
  • •At least one year of leadership experience (team leader, manager, or large-scale cross-functional program/project management) or completion of Boeing’s “Exploring Leadership” course.
  • •Current legal authorization to work immediately in the UK; no immigration and labor sponsorship will be attempted.
