Key Responsibilities

  • •Create packaging designs for in-box experiences, including outer box and private label ingredients.
  • •Manage incoming request workflows and deliver projects from concept to final product within deadlines.
  • •Collaborate with operations, procurement, and stakeholders in local markets, and work with third-party print/production houses.
  • •Maintain brand identity guidelines, develop work with feedback, and ensure consolidated, accurate outputs.
  • •Supervise printing and enforce quality/consistency, including reviewing and proofreading content for errors.

Key Requirements

  • •BA degree required.
  • •4+ years of packaging design experience in an agency setting.
  • •Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

  • •Understanding of print production (CMYK, Pantone) and creating technical drawings/specification packs.
