Job Summary

Own planning, budgeting, and risk-management for global data center construction projects, reporting to the Data Center Construction Director. Build integrated schedules across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning using tools like Primavera P6 and MS Project. Manage budgets, change orders, RFP/award cycles, earned-value KPIs, and critical-path risks. Lead cross-functional delivery teams, maintain RACI and action logs, and drive continuous improvement through reviews and retrospectives.

•Drive global data center construction planning, budgeting, and risk-management from kick-off through customer handover.
•Build integrated master construction schedules across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning and execute through turnover.
•Own project budgets, cash-flow forecasts, change-order governance, and weekly earned-value KPI reporting.
•Manage contract lifecycles from RFP and bid analysis through award, PCO tracking, and close-out documentation.
•Lead and direct cross-functional project delivery teams, including performance management, staffing plans, and continuous improvement through reviews and retrospectives.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•B.S/B.E/B.A in an engineering discipline with preferred construction management qualification.
•10+ years of project-management experience in hyperscale data centers or large industrial/infrastructure builds.

•PMI-PMP or PRINCE2 (or equivalent) certification is desirable.
•Expertise with scheduling and cost-control workflows for civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical scopes, plus tools like P6/Project and Procore/Ares/Excel.
