Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive planning, budgeting, and risk management for global data centers from kickoff through customer handover.
  • •Build integrated schedules and own the master construction schedule from site mobilization through completion and turnover.
  • •Own project budgets, cash-flow forecasts, and change-order governance; report earned-value KPIs weekly.
  • •Facilitate phase-gate and design reviews; maintain RACI matrices and action logs; manage contract lifecycles (RFP, bids, award, PCO tracking, close-out).
  • •Identify critical-path and long-lead risks (e.g., transformers, chillers, switchgear) and lead mitigation while serving as a single source of truth; lead cross-functional delivery teams.
  • •travel 50%+ to active sites as projects require.

Key Requirements

  • •Lead project management on hyperscale data center, large industrial, or infrastructure builds, delivering fast-track projects across multiple geographies.
  • •Deep knowledge of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical scopes, procurement workflows, and cost controls.
  • •Expert scheduling with Primavera P6 and MS Project, plus cost tools including Procore, Ares, and Excel.
