  • •Design, implement, and execute manual test cases for Salesforce projects.
  • •Perform hands-on QA testing and ensure high-quality QA delivery.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, configuration management, program management, and product managers.
  • •Provide crisp, clear status updates to higher management and communicate risks/contingencies.
  • •Contribute to QA process improvements and leverage AI tools to enhance testing efficiency.
