Deliver exceptional customer experiences as a Sales Associate, educating consumers on products and supporting in-store promotions and events. You’ll use the C.H.A.R.M. service model, help maintain an enjoyable team environment, and learn multiple store areas including product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock room management. Support daily retail operations such as POS system management, replenishment, pricing/markdowns, loyalty programs, and cleanliness, while collaborating with Store Management to improve sales KPIs.
