Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead final interviews and support hiring for key store roles using the online applicant tracking system when needed.
  • •Manage store training activities and, with the store director and Education partners, implement a continuous training strategy.
  • •Supervise weekly scheduling, approve time-off requests, and manage store payroll to ensure timely, compliant pay.
  • •Write and present annual performance evaluations for direct reports and oversee performance-management situations across the store.
  • •Direct store operational excellence, including inventory management (shipping, receiving, returns, supplies/demonstrators, and cycle counts) and execution of company processes.
