•Use market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify and pursue retrofit opportunities and build project pipelines.
•Conduct customer visits to assess annual retrofit budgets, feasibility, and needs; present proposals with solution benefits.
•Collaborate with technical support and other departments to develop competitive retrofit solutions and ensure project completion.
•Oversee contract term implementation, support collections, and comply with sales governance, processes, and compliance standards.
•Perform daily sales activities plus reporting and system updates to maintain accurate pipeline and pursue sales targets.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated sales acumen to align technical solutions with business needs and influence customer decisions.
•Excellent communication, customer-focused advisory skills, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
