Key Responsibilities

  • •Own managed services performance analytics for global finance managed services, including operating/quarterly business reviews, issue tracking/escalations, decision logs, and value realization reporting.
  • •Build performance analytics across ticket volume, seasonality, backlog, aging, handling time, and quality.
  • •Drive actionable insights by identifying trends, root causes, risks, and improvement opportunities for key stakeholders.
  • •Partner with Accenture and WSP service delivery leads to identify and track opportunities for automation, standardization, process simplification, and productivity improvements.
  • •Monitor quality, timeliness, productivity, cost, stakeholder experience, and service stability.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in finance operations, shared services, BPO governance, managed services, vendor management, outsourcing, finance transformation, or service delivery management.
  • •Strong understanding of finance processes including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Billing, Project Finance Operations, or Record-to-Report.
  • •Experience with SLA/KPI frameworks, vendor scorecards, operational reviews, contract governance, issue management, commercial analysis, and performance reporting.
  • •Experience in a global, matrixed organization with regional stakeholders and offshore delivery partners.
  • •Strong analytical and commercial acumen to translate service data, contract terms, pricing models, productivity, and financial outcomes into executive insights.
