Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Substation engineers and technical specialists.
  • •Provide strategic and technical leadership in HV Substation design, establishing standards, procedures and best practices.
  • •Review and approve engineering deliverables including complex designs, reports, proposals, presentations and drawing packages.
  • •Represent the Company in client meetings and contribute to bids and proposals with senior-level expertise.
  • •Oversee assigned project scope, technical delivery, and client engagement for Substation work within projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Electrical Engineering degree with significant experience in Substation design engineering, supporting utility clients, with involvement in HV transmission/distribution, wind, solar, BESS and electrical substations
  • •Proposal/Bid development experience, including leading multi discipline proposals to completion
  • •In-depth knowledge of HV Substation design engineering principles across concept, FEED and detailed design stages
  • •Understanding of electrical AC HV Plant infrastructure and equipment both AIS and GIS
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
