Job Summary

Provide effective instruction in general faculty subjects and in at least two specific areas of the assigned program/discipline for second-language learners in a student-centric environment. Teach using applied, innovative methodologies supported by educational technology, assess and advise students, and support internships and work placements. Contribute to applied research, participate in academic and extracurricular events, and complete administrative and quality-improvement tasks, including eCAF/CAR and course management.

Key Responsibilities

•Teach courses aligned with course syllabus and program goals, using a practical, applied approach and innovative instructional methodologies.
•Provide assessment and continuous feedback in a second-language environment; evaluate students, update grades, and contribute to question banks/coursework assessments.
•Advise and mentor students as assigned, including office hours, monitoring progress, and supporting students during internships and work placements.
•Conduct applied research aligned with faculty interests and the national innovation agenda; participate in conferences and mentor student research.
•Contribute to academic and extracurricular events and handle administrative/course management tasks, including eCAF/CAR preparation and course evaluation and review.

Key Requirements

•Ph.D. in a relevant discipline (required where applicable).
•Or a Master’s degree plus a professional certification relevant to the discipline with 5 years of teaching and industry experience.
•Or a Bachelor’s degree may be considered for candidates with extensive industry experience and industry certification as required by the discipline.
•Minimum 3 years teaching experience in the relevant discipline.
•Minimum 3 years relevant industry experience preferred, with experience developing course curriculum per accreditation and international standards and incorporating educational technology.
