Job Summary

Provide preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for Building Management System (BMS) installations. Support clients with system operation, recommend improvements, analyze data to determine operating status, and respond to requests on short notice. Supervise subcontractors, ensure work meets quality and EHS standards, and prepare quotations for materials, labor, and scope. Perform repairs/replacement, calibration and verification of sensors, and support BMS service sales activities including site surveys.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide preventive maintenance service for BMS (Building Management System)
•Troubleshoot, analyze, and rectify system issues on time
•Support client system operation and recommend improvements based on data analysis
•Supervise subcontractors and ensure work complies with quality and EHS standards
•Prepare quotations and perform replacement/repair, fit out works, and annual calibration/verification of BMS sensors

Key Requirements

•Diploma or degree from a recognized technical institute
•Hands-on experience in BMS Control System
•Hands-on experience in programming languages and logic gates
•Knowledge of digital fundamentals and basic networking
•Strong customer management, problem-solving, and communication skills
