Key Responsibilities

  • •Own complex product areas end-to-end (discovery through iteration), working across Node/TypeScript backends and React frontends.
  • •Lead architecture and system design for real-time, high-volume workflows including event-driven SIP softswitch call routing, WebSocket UI experiences, and streaming audio processing.
  • •Author technical design docs and set standards for code quality, testing, performance, and observability as the system scales.
  • •Collaborate with PM and Design to turn ambiguous requirements into intuitive, performant experiences and document trade-offs and decisions.
  • •Mentor engineers through design reviews and pairing, improve DevEx/reliability via APIs and data contracts, and participate in on-call for owned areas.
