Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a high-performing small team by setting goals, agreeing objectives, and optimizing performance and commitment.
  • •Support customer service across the SSC by coordinating workload and team movements to cover regional time zones as needed.
  • •Manage the performance of the R2R function by standardising and documenting processes and using KPIs to meet or exceed service levels.
  • •Ensure compliance with policy and legal requirements within a risk-minimising framework.
  • •Oversee financial record integrity, including processing general ledger transactions, reconciling accounts/subledgers, and executing period-end closing activities (accruals, revenue recognition, reporting, controlling and bank activities).
