Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee a portfolio of IT audits, managing competing demands from planning through action follow-up.
  • •Provide support and guidance on IT control matters to business audit colleagues.
  • •Adjust audit scope and timing to focus on the risks that matter, aligned to real risk drivers.
  • •Coach IA managers and junior colleagues to strengthen issue framing and root-cause recommendations.
  • •Partner with the Head of Audit for IT & Change to implement innovative methods, including use of AI, and bring best practices into the organisation.

Key Requirements

  • •CISA as a minimum; other professional qualifications such as CISM, CISSP, and AIAA are desirable with relevant post-qualification experience.
  • •Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders at CTO and CISO levels.
  • •Leadership and coaching experience, including coaching IA managers and junior colleagues.
  • •Deep experience overseeing a portfolio of technical IT audits delivered end to end.
  • •Strong understanding of Operational Resilience, Cyber Security, IT Operations, and Data Governance control domains, including awareness of AI/frontier AI risks and UK technology risk regulations.
