Job Summary

Implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce (D365 F&O Retail) for clients by translating business processes into functional requirements, designs, and workflows. Serve as the interface between clients and development/QA teams, clarifying questions and managing stakeholder expectations. Own user acceptance testing, contribute to project planning and prioritization, and support deployments, upgrades, store setup/migrations, and user onboarding through hypercare and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan, configure, and implement D365 Commerce projects for clients.
•Develop functional requirements, functional design documents, and business process work-throughs for in-scope functionality.
•Interface with clients and development & quality engineering teams to clarify questions as they arise.
•Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) based on functional requirements and business processes.
•Plan, prioritize, and create project plans; support deployments/upgrades, store setups/migrations, and post on-boarding hypercare.

Key Requirements

•7–10 years’ experience as a Functional Consultant in Dynamics 365 / Dynamics AX (Retail module), including 3+ years in Dynamics 365 Commerce.
•Completed at least four full lifecycle implementations of D365 Commerce and/or AX 2012 Retail.
•Hands-on Retail/Commerce and e-commerce industry experience, including value flow understanding within ERP systems.
•Experience with client interactions, managing stakeholder expectations, requirements/scope, and risks.
•Experience with rollouts, deployments, upgrades, store setup/migrations, and POS configuration/troubleshooting (printers, customer display, scanners, hardware station).
