•Design the AI SDR “brain” experiences, including lead understanding, plan formation, and explanations of reasoning.
•Design how users shape the AI’s personality, goals, and objection handling (beyond a simple settings panel).
•Create Piper’s live chat and video presence experience, focusing on micro-interactions, latency handling, turn-taking, and tone.
•Prototype design solutions in code or using AI tools, emphasizing speed and iteration.
•Collaborate directly with engineering and ML, shipping design decisions rather than only documenting them.
