Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to customer needs accurately and timely using available resources and tools.
  • •Evaluate client needs and offer appropriate financial products and services to build and deepen relationships.
  • •Perform routine teller transactions (e.g., deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments) as needed.
  • •Support the bank’s segmentation strategy by implementing sales, retention, and other initiatives for growth and profitability.
  • •Assist with supervision in the banking center by coaching fellow bankers, helping onboard new bankers, and serving as a role model.

Salary: USD 21.5 - 26 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •H.S. Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) preferred.
  • •3-4 years of customer sales/service experience with 1-2 years supervisory experience.
  • •Needs-based banking sales experience preferred.
  • •Working knowledge of all products and services and current knowledge of systems used for branch transaction processing.
  • •Ability to supervise and coach fellow relationship bankers and support a positive customer service environment.
