Execute end-to-end procurement for materials, equipment, and services, including RFQs/RFPs, bid evaluation, negotiations, and purchase order issuance. Partner with internal stakeholders to confirm specifications, identify and select suppliers, and manage supplier relationships and performance. Support contract preparation and compliance, maintain procurement records and reporting, and contribute to market analysis, cost optimization, and continuous improvement under defined procurement policies.
