Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end lifecycle management of third-party products including mounting solutions, displays, and medical devices, collaborating with R&D, Product Quality, Sales, Procurement, Supplier Quality and Supply Chain to extend the HPM portfolio to full solutions.
•Identify and evaluate potential third-party product partnerships, conducting market analysis and due diligence to ensure alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.
•Develop and execute product strategies to maximize revenue and market share for third-party products.
•Support markets to define product requirements and specifications based on customer needs, HPM product specs, regulatory guidelines, and industry trends, ensuring seamless integration with the existing HPM portfolio.
•Collaborate with external partners and R&D to oversee product development, testing, and validation processes, ensuring products meet quality and performance standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree, preferably in biomedical engineering, hardware/mechanical engineering, clinical science, or marketing
