Key Responsibilities

•Support end-to-end retail purchase order management across ERP and retailer portals.
•Ensure compliance with routing guides, labeling, ASN/EDI, and ship window requirements.
•Partner with 3PL and transportation providers to execute shipments On-Time, In-Full (OTIF).
•Monitor retailer scorecards, manage chargebacks and disputes, and drive corrective actions.
•Manage retail returns and ensure accurate inventory reconciliation.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in retail logistics, wholesale operations, or omni-channel supply chain.
•Experience supporting large national retailers and working within retailer portals (e.g., Amazon, Target, Walmart, Best Buy).
•Strong understanding of retail compliance, OTIF metrics, routing, ASN/EDI, and chargeback management.
•Proven ability to automate processes and drive measurable improvements in cost, delivery performance, and cycle time; proficiency with ERP/WMS systems (NetSuite preferred) and Excel/Google Sheets.
•Experience supporting retail operations across North America; LATAM experience is a plus.
