Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day transportation operations at assigned locations in coordination with other site leaders.
  • •Develop site-specific goals and ensure alignment and effective execution within the site.
  • •Review and evaluate daily route schedules and partner with Logistics Operations Planning and Scheduling to address issues and deficiencies.
  • •Provide mentoring, coaching, and performance management for direct reports, including succession planning and leadership development.
  • •Ensure workplace safety standards are met or exceeded, including yard cleanliness and GEMBA walks, and coordinate inventory movement as needed.
