Key Responsibilities

  • •Own product copy in key moments including first run in the editor, empty states, failed/partial builds, upgrades, and credit prompts.
  • •Name product features and surfaces so the product vocabulary stays consistent.
  • •Write copy for new and refreshed marketing pages with PMM, ensuring current GTM messaging is reflected on the site.
  • •Partner with an external design partner on content hierarchy, categorization, and top-level navigation.
  • •Diagnose and fix pages that are already designed but not landing, improving hierarchy, scannability, and fast-acting messaging.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in content design or UX writing, with a portfolio showing both in-product copy and marketing pages.
  • •Demonstrated in-product work: onboarding flows, empty states, error messaging, and upgrade/credit moments with measurable outcomes.
  • •Demonstrated web writing work where the copy carries the argument.
  • •Ability to spot where messaging breaks on a designed page and rewrite to improve scannability and clarity.
  • •Comfort working closely in a design team (in Figma) and partnering with both product designers/PMs and an external design partner.
