Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute a multi-region workplace experience strategy with an operational roadmap and timeline.
  • •Direct and lead end-to-end planning and delivery for high-visibility workplace events, including onsite escalation for staffing logistics, troubleshooting, and attendee safety/experience.
  • •Partner with internal stakeholders (internal communications, People/HR, executive admins, corporate marketing, IT/AV, security, food and beverage) to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • •Develop standardized global playbooks, SLAs, and operational guidelines for consistent execution across regions.
  • •Oversee global contracts and vendor relationships; manage a multi-million-dollar budget and establish event impact metrics (e.g., NPS, participation rates, cost-per-attendee).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 144,500 - 198,650 annually

  • •Experience planning and driving large-scale, high-budget corporate events and multi-city experiential events globally.
