Key Responsibilities

•Advise, draft, and negotiate outbound SaaS master subscription agreements and ancillary commercial documents (amendments, NDAs, SOWs) for large, strategic accounts, including regulated industries.
•Provide day-to-day legal support to sales and internal clients, responding promptly to requests.
•Partner with revenue recognition, deal desk, sales operations, privacy and security, and other internal teams to ensure agreements align with internal policies.
•Build relationships with sales and legal colleagues to provide practical legal and strategic advice to meet business objectives.
•Advise on courses of action and legal risks, escalating issues when necessary.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 128,000 - 176,000 annually
