Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and standardize inspection equipment, interpret requirements, evaluate parts for acceptance/rejection, and document results per procedures.
  • •Provide guidance to trainees and Level 1 personnel within the method’s certified scope and limitations.
  • •Follow P&W codes, standards, and contractual documents governing inspection methods, including technique scope/limitations.
  • •Conduct system performance checks in accordance with applicable process standards.
  • •Develop and manage inspection procedures/technique sheets for NDT Level 3 approval and support continuous improvement and CORE activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in engineering or relevant disciplines.
  • •Level 2 in FPI (Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection) with at least 400 hours FPI experience.
  • •Knowledge of product manufacturing and inspection technology.
  • •Familiar with inspection gauges, tools, and equipment.
  • •Ability to understand technical instruction, drawings, and standard operation procedures (SOP), with strong attention to detail.
