Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end hiring strategy for Engineering and Operations.
•Design and refine search, interview, and calibration processes.

•Use A/B testing and a human-first approach while tracking recruiting metrics to beat targets.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a technical emphasis, including hiring for senior or leadership-level roles.
•Passion for experimentation—use AI and new tools to refine how you source and close candidates.
•Experience in high-accountability environments such as startups, fintech, or financial services.
•Strong ownership and accountability; takes responsibility to get the job done.
•Clear, persuasive communication and storytelling skills, including using recruiting metrics (e.g., time to close) to drive decisions.
