Key Responsibilities

  • •Trägt aktiv zur Verhütung, Erkennung und Bekämpfung nosokomialer Infektionen bei.
  • •Befähigt das Spitalpersonal darin, Hygienestandards im Alltag konsequent umzusetzen – bereichsübergreifend und nachhaltig verankert.
  • •Massnahmen zur Infektionsprävention standardisieren und deren Einhaltung kontrollieren.
  • •Epidemiologische Daten erheben und auswerten.
  • •Neue Prozesse gestalten und bestehende Abläufe kontinuierlich verbessern.

Key Requirements

  • •Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF mit ergänzender Weiterbildung zur/zum Fachexperte/-in für Infektionsprävention
  • •Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Schweizer Gesundheitswesen, idealerweise in einem Akutspital
  • •Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, positive Grundhaltung
  • •Offen gegenüber Neuem, eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • •Gute IT-Kenntnisse (Microsoft Office) sowie sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse (mind. Niveau C1)
