Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the first point of contact for walk-ins and incoming calls, delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining a friendly, professional attitude.
•Process sales orders, quotes, pricing requests, and apply payments on customer accounts.
•Stock, clean, merchandise, and maintain overall store cleanliness and a safe shopping environment.
•Assist in unloading merchandise and maintaining product knowledge across lines.
•Identify new business opportunities by referring leads to outside sales representatives and learning the BisTrack system for inventory and POS tasks.
