Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a trusted partner to leaders across functions to assess priorities, identify pain points and workflow inefficiencies, and uncover AI opportunities.
  • •Translate business needs into AI use cases, assess feasibility, value, risk, and organizational readiness, and prioritize initiatives for impact and scalability.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional efforts across business stakeholders and AI/data/technology/privacy/security/legal and change management partners from pilot through scale.
  • •Define business requirements, success metrics, process changes, and adoption plans; guide pilots and proofs of concept for sustainable outcomes.
  • •Lead change management and measure outcomes with continuous improvement; build AI capability and governance for responsible, compliant deployment.
