Job Summary

Maintain and improve the availability of production machines and plants by monitoring operations, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting faults, and handling repairs. Diagnose errors using process control systems and troubleshoot PLC-based controls, actuators, sensors, and instrumentation. Take ownership of quality-relevant calibrations and ensure equipment readiness before maintenance work, supporting startup of new production assets and documenting work orders in SAP-PM.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor production facilities and carry out maintenance and preventive maintenance activities.
•Locate, diagnose, and resolve faults using process control systems.
•Troubleshoot faults in programmable controls and diagnose actuators, sensors, and instrumentation.
•Perform and document quality-relevant calibrations and ensure equipment readiness before repairs or maintenance.
•Document and process work orders in the ERP system (SAP-PM) and support commissioning of new production equipment; implement small plant modifications.

Key Requirements

•Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Industrial Equipment/Automation (or equivalent).
•Knowledge of SPS and PLS (PLC-based controls).
•Independent, organized, and engaged working style.
•Strong safety awareness and responsibility mindset.
•Fluent German skills; basic English is a plus.
