Drive new partner growth for an AI-powered beauty, wellness, and self-care operating system by prospecting, outreach, and managing the full sales cycle. Present product demos, perform needs and cost-benefit analysis, and collaborate with the Commercial team to deliver a seamless partner experience. Own inbound lead follow-up, document outcomes in the CRM, and provide feedback on industry trends while engaging decision-makers across phone, email, and social.

•Consistently achieve sales targets for new business development.
•Call and engage key decision-makers using phone, email, and social outreach; set in-person meetings as appropriate.

•Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through close.
•Contact and follow up qualified inbound leads and document all outcomes in the CRM while serving as a lead commercial point of contact.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of solid B2B sales experience with a track record of success.
•Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms (highly desirable).
•Ability to build strong partner relationships and function as a “hunter.”
•Strong organization skills, including multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively.
•Fluency in English and another language; experience in beauty & wellness is desirable.
