  • •2 years of relevant property claims adjusting experience for moderate-complexity losses, including writing estimates for dwelling and structural damages.

  • •Proficient knowledge of residential construction and property claims contracts, including interpretation of case law and state laws/regulations.
  • •Ability to travel 50-75% of the year and acquire/maintain an insurance adjuster license within 90 days (3 attempts).
