Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategic customer engagement on Network Products initiatives as a trusted advisor to drive adoption and long-term value creation.
  • •Drive commercialization and scaling of Immediacy solutions (Real-Time Clearing and Faster Settlement) across the Network Products portfolio.
  • •Expand adoption of Network Products offerings across priority markets, global acquirers, issuers, processors, and strategic accounts.
  • •Support customer adoption of real-time clearing solutions in partnership with regional and account teams to ensure execution and business growth.
  • •Lead internal and customer-facing market engagements (workshops, roadshows) and develop customer value propositions and commercialization narratives.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in the payments industry with exposure to acquirers, issuers, processors, fintechs, or network services.
  • •Proven commercial track record driving customer adoption and scaling payment solutions across large customers, markets, or regions.
  • •Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, including real-time payments, clearing, settlement, and payment processing flows.
  • •Experience engaging senior executives and influencing strategic business decisions.
  • •Ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear customer value propositions.
