Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Run day-to-day billing and AR (subscription invoicing, collections, cash application) and AP (vendor invoices, payment runs, expense review).
  • •Learn existing bookkeeping and accounting systems and establish scalable accounting policies and internal controls.
  • •Own the full month-end close calendar end to end, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and deferred revenue schedule across Saturn and acquisitions.
  • •Implement automation opportunities to reduce manual billing and invoicing work using AI tools.
  • •Maintain audit-ready, well-documented financials and serve as the day-to-day point of contact for auditors in your areas.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in audit or accounting, ideally from Big 4 or a strong mid-tier firm, or equivalent in-house experience.
  • •Accounting or audit experience with SaaS or other subscription-based businesses.
  • •ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
  • •Working knowledge of UK GAAP/FRS 102 (familiarity with US GAAP is a plus).
  • •Hands-on experience with Xero and comfort owning month-end close mechanics.
