Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing APJ Customer Enablement team across multiple markets.
•Collaborate with account executives, Professional Services, and solution architects to position training and certification as a strategic investment.
•Identify operational efficiencies to optimize regional enablement delivery and drive revenue influence.
•Develop and execute enablement roadmaps with the Customer Enablement Architects and APJ Training partners to scale learner growth.
•Track enablement success metrics and report on adoption, renewal, and business impact.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience leading, coaching, and developing customer-facing or professional services teams within the APJ region.
•Proven track record of selling and implementing learning solutions into enterprise accounts, ideally in the software or cloud technology space.
•Experience managing Training partners across APJ and executing partner strategies to drive scale.
•Strong training operations and program management background; comfortable building and executing a playbook.
•Excellent English communication and relationship-building skills.
